Dr. Mona Bandehzadeh
Dr. Mona Bandehzadeh specializes in Intellectual Property, media and unfair competition law as well as law on the advertising of medical and pharmaceutical products. Her further practice focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as cooperation, research, development, license and distribution agreements. Mona advises national and international companies and has comprehensive litigation experience.
Before founding the firm in Berlin, Mona Bandehzadeh worked for several years as an attorney in Cologne and Hamburg. There she worked for an international law firm in the area of Technology, Media & Communication and as a partner at a European law firm in the IP, media and entertainment practice group both as advisor and as litigator. She completed her studies in Würzburg, Bavaria.
Mona advises her clients in German and English.
Mona Bandehzadeh wrote a doctoral thesis on the protection of minors on television and the Internet. She is co-author of the following articles:
